Section 3
How to Set Your Own Limits
Setting limits on Gaming Money is straightforward. Just head to account settings, go to the "Responsible Gaming" section, and you can set any limit in a matter of seconds. All limits take effect immediately.
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is in place, the system will automatically block any deposit that exceeds it. Gaming Money's policy is that lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period — this is intentional.
Loss Limits
You can also set a loss limit for any given period. Once that limit is reached, Gaming Money will not allow further betting for the remainder of that period.
Betting time limits
Set a maximum session length for each gaming session. Gaming Money will send you a warning before time runs out, and will automatically log you out when the session ends.
Gaming Money's advice: Set a monthly limit as soon as you register. Experts recommend spending no more than 2%–5% of your monthly income on gaming.
Section 4
Gaming Money's Responsible Gaming Tools
Gaming Money has built a range of tools to put members in control. Using them isn't a sign of weakness — it's part of smart gaming.
Cooling-Off Period
You can take a break from your Gaming Money account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, no betting or deposits will be possible, but any funds in your account can still be withdrawn. Once the cooling-off period ends, your account will be reactivated automatically.
Self-Exclusion
A self-exclusion option is available for extended breaks. You can fully suspend your account for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. During this period, Gaming Money will not send you any promotional messages. Your account will not be reactivated automatically before the self-exclusion period ends.
Reality Check Notifications
After a set period of time, Gaming Money sends you a reminder showing how long you've been playing and how much you've spent in that session. This makes it easier to decide whether to continue.

The Role of Family and Loved Ones

Mental Health Counseling
Gaming addiction is a mental health condition — not a failure of willpower. Speaking with a psychiatrist or counsellor can make a real difference. In Bangladesh, organisations such as Kaan Pete Roi and Moner Bondhu offer mental health support.
Gaming Money believes that asking for help is a true act of courage. Whatever you're going through, we're here for you.
